Automatic pneumatic sheet metal cutting machine. It is an efficient way of increasing production for small scale industries. It is utilized to cut the little size of sheet metal. We are developing a pneumatically operated cutting and punching machine which will use the help of compressed air to drive a shearing blade and punch to carry out the operations on a metallic sheet. This machine can also be installed in the lab for the experiment and demonstration to engineering students.

The objective of the project is to prepare a machine which cuts sheet metal without human efforts but operates pneumatically. The machine is designed to cut 1mm thick aluminium sheets and 0 5mm thick copper sheets very easily. This joint is assembled with a cutter blade. To design and fabricate pneumatic based sheet metal cutting machine to be used for the cut the sheet metal of minimum thickness without manual hard work instead we use pneumatic control system to operate the cutting machine accurately.

The compressed air moves the blades of machine to cut the sheet of metal. The machine is convenient in the estimate so natural transportable. Compressed air is used as working media. The sheet metal cutting machine works with the assistance of pneumatic twofold acting barrel.

14 developed a pneumatic sheet metal cutting machine which runs by means of pre compressed air. The table also includes the two way directional valve. The machine consists of a pneumatic cylinder fabricated with a linking joint attached to it. Automation of conventional sheet metal bending machine operations thus converting a manually operated bending machine to an automatic machine.
