Arduino Door Lock Servo
This is a simple arduino project.
Arduino door lock servo. Arduino breadboard keypad 4 4 in this example cables one red led one green led two 100 ohm resistors servo only if we enter the right code on the keypad we want the green led to light up and turn the servo to a certain position lock open. Now we will connect the 16 2 lcd to the arduino. A pin based lock using keypad and servo. In this video you can learn how to make a simple password based door lock system using arduino servo motor and 3 4 matrix.
Just thought of making a password based door lock system in which you can enter the password via the keypad. The power wire is typically red and should be connected to the 5v pin on the arduino board. A latch can be attached to the servo e g. Connect all seven pins of the keypad to analog pins d1 d7 of arduino.
The servo turns back to the position it was in after some seconds. To unlock and lock a door. The servo arm will be connected to the slider lock and will move to 0 degrees to lock the door and 60 degrees to unlock it using commands it gets from out bluetooth device. Upon scanning the right tag and entering right pass it will open door and send confirmation message otherwise it will send alert message.
Now connect the positive wire of buzzer to the pin d10 of arduino and negative wire to the ground. Power ground and signal. To connect the servo motor with the arduino use digital pin d9 of arduino to output the pwm pin of the servo motor. Servo motors have three wires.
In this project we will do an automatic door lock system using a 4 4 keypad and servo motor controlled by arduino. The ground wire is typically black or brown and should be connected to a ground pin on the arduino board.
